Excellent location on Eton High Street - easy walking distance everywhere and less than 10 minutes to Windsor High Street and Castle. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a great place to stay for a few days in the Windsor/Eton area.
Cleanliness could have been better - there was quite a lot of dust throughout the apartment. Also no air-conditioning and despite the fact that there were 5 pedestal fans provided, they really weren't strong enough to keep the apartment cool - we stayed in late May when the temperature got up to 34 degrees and it was unpleasantly hot particularly at night. Better cooling systems definitely need to be considered to keep the apartment comfortable in hot spells.

everything was very easy - the location is amazing , will definitely stay again
the noise from the road is a bit much , but nothing anyone can do about that !! it would not put us off staying again

Location is excellent, an easy walk into Windsor, and the high street is lovely with some great independent businesses. Communication was excellent. Very peaceful apartment and a good size.
The apartment is tired and in need of some TLC, e.g. stained mat in the living room, blind in bedroom needs repairing, not all windows close properly and bench at dining table is very worn. Online pictures don't necessarily reflect the condition of some of the furnishings.
