Tolles Appartement über zwei Etagen in perfekter Lage. Das App., vor allem die Küche ist toll und komplett ausgestattet, Tee, Nudeln, Gewürze, alles da. Tragbares WLAN, das man mitnehmen kann. Deshalb bekommt das App. auch meine volle Punktzahl, obwohl der versprochenen HotTub noch nicht in Betrieb war.
Der HotTUb war noch nicht in Betrieb, schade. Und das App. ist sehr voll gestellt mit vielen Betten, das geht etwas auf Kosten der Atmosphäre. Auch hängt kein Bild an der Wand, keinerlei Deko oder ähznliches.

- It is located in a central area with restaurants and cafes.
- Access to the apartment was easy and we did not encounter any problems according to the instructions that were sent to us.
- Full furnished kitchen, several white appliances, large closets at bedrooms and available umbrellas for rainy days.
- Welcome cookies
- There is a fine of ~55€ (via booking.com) if you don't wash the dishes and put them back where you found them, as well as ~45€ if you use an extra bed from the reservation.
- At living room there are is no table to let a cup of coffee and at bedrooms were missing bedside tables to leave a glass of water.
- Photos of the "furnished" bedrooms did not correspond to reality when we made booking (they change it now).
- Jacuzzi was available from April 1st, which unfortunately we learned about when we had already made the reservation. Strangely, in previous comments "customers" comment that they already used it !!
- TV never worked (no signal) and contacting manager about problem was not resolved. (it was connected to the Internet).
- Wi-Fi not working well in the upper rooms.

Very spacious, airy, spotless, well equipped and in a great central location. Loved the provided coffee and tea and toiletries. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
Didn’t realize the hot-tub was not available in March. It was only clear after I booked

The apartment is big and very centrally located, right next to the station. It has a wonderful terrace and is very charming. It was also easy to get there and find the key. Although it felt a little empty for such a large place, personally, it didn’t affect my stay. Overall, everything was very good. We stayed there at the end of winter, so we didn’t get to check the jacuzzi, but that’s something worth keeping in mind.
The Wi-Fi is pretty poor and not very fast. Also, on the second floor there is hardly any signal. Also maybe adding a shower curtain would be a good idea, as well as a desk or small work table so that guests traveling for work have a place to sit and work. But nothing too important.
