Highly recommended, excellent location, well equipped apartment

Highly recommended!! Very good location. Public transport and supermarkets are at walking distance. Apartment was clean and very well equipped. They also provided a complimentary Basel card for all the guests for all the days of the stay.

It would be great if they could also provide a microwave oven, for quick warming up of food.

the room itself was nice, the lack of basic service was disappointing

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the apartment was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. For the price we paid, it was definitely great value for money.

Keys: We were only given one key. When we asked for a second one, the staff simply said it was lost and offered no solution. • Bedding: We were a group of 5, but only 4 pillows and blankets were provided. When we requested more, we were refused. • Check-in: Before checking in, we had to wait 25 minutes outside in the cold for a staff member to come and take our bags to the luggage room.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is amazing. Super close to the bus stop and Badischer Bahnhof Basel station which made everything so easy. There is even a supermarket downstairs which was very convenient. The apartment was very clean, nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Overall, an excellent place in a great location. Highly recommended and we would love to come back again!

Great apartment for short or long stay

Apartment was spacious and modern, good facilities to cook and spacious hot shower. Beds were comfortable. We stayed 5 days and made use of the Basel card and nearby bus to get into the city centre when we didn't want to walk. We also used the Basel cards to visit the Leckerly factory on a rainy day which was enjoyable for the price. Good value and would stay here again.

The apartment was not ready for our arrival at 3pm despite me mentioning on my online check-in that we would arrive at 3. We waited 40minutes outside while it was cleaned and although I appreciate the effort of the staff this was a poor start to our trip. Once in the flat there was medication (presumably from previous occupants) that was left in the fridge. Small things but worth mentioning.

Amazing facilities with top-level cleanliness. The apartment is very close to the bus and tram lines, which makes it easy to reach the city center. On the ground floor, there is a large supermarket where you can find almost everything you need during your stay. The only drawback is that the main train station and city center are not within walking distance. However, this is not a big issue since there is a bus stop right nearby, and with the Basel Card kindly provided by the host, you can use all public transportation free of charge throughout your stay. Overall, it’s a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Basel.

Great apartment in Basel

The apartment was great, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was spotless. The location was good (follow the instructions sent on how to find the actual apartments!), and it was close to bus and tram stops to get around Basel. It was great to have convenient shops and restaurants in the ground floor area of the building. It was also quite quiet considering the amount of apartments and other things going on around and outside. Loved the touch of providing UK/Swiss plug adaptors.

The mattress was too hard for my personal preference, and the bed was quite creaky, so it made a noise every time I rolled over. The pillows weren't great - maybe giving a choice of synthetic and feather would be good as there's plenty of storage space to keep spares in. Fridge had a slight odour as if something had been left in there too long and it had gone off, though it was very clean, I think it was just something that had lingered from the past.

The apartment was amazing. It is spotlessly clean. The shower is awesome. The balcony, common areas, kitchen - we loved all of it. It is close to Basel SBB and bus stops.

No receptionist at all, if there is a problem, manage it yourself

Our room has no WIFI AT ALL! We contacted the center,The receptionist said that they sometimes receive such complaints from foreign tourists。I understand, because people living in Switzerland have smartphone contracts and can get by without WIFI. The receptionist assumed that there was a problem with our devices, but we were able to connect to the COOP　WIFI using our devices, and we asked the people in the next room to try, and they also couldn't use WIFI in our room. The problem is that there is no one there. The receptionist's phone number is in Luzern, and they can't do anything about it, so they just have to say no. We were able to use our Swiss smartphones and get by without WIFI without much inconvenience, but it must be a disaster for foreign guests. This time it is just for WIFI but in the near future when the building get old, maybe more problems and no one can deal with it.

The Apartment is clean, comfortable and bright. Coop supermarket just 2 minute walk, easy access with public transport. comfortable bed size.

Provided only 2 toilet rolls for family of 5 peoples for stay 3 days (You have to buy your own). Garbage containers inside entrance door. Which are make a lot bad smell specially when it was warm.

The apartment is spacious, near the station, bright and would have great potential.

The room was smelly, the transom windows were broken and you could only keep them open (it was a first floor), or closed to tolerate the smell. the parquet was ruined, as were the furniture. Thin mattress, very very poor furniture. It's a shame because with a minimum of maintenance they could offer much more. Ah... the automatic address from the navigator takes you to another building, it wasn't easy to find the structure.

100% same as the pictures posted. Check-In super easy. This should be the standard in Booking. Complete basic necessities. Company super responsive.

Not that i didn’t liked it. But the entrance to the apartment was at the side of the building. Maybe a signage in front of the building could help. But still it was very easy to locate. Just 2 blocks away from train station and around 10steps to bus station. The couch/sofabed has a bit sign of use, was not a problem to us.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom access is really good.

Beds are too low. Also, the ventilation system turned on automatically when windows were closed and it was rather noisy
