The place is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly especially when you have kids they prioritise their comfort at all times.
There’s no signage you easily get lost looking for the property and considering that it is still new, not yet well known by the community to be assisted with directions

The staff is amazing! They are very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast, it was delicious.
I absolutely didn’t like the fact that we arrived at the property late around 19:00 and we found our room ice cold and the heaters were not switched on before hand to warm the room. Another issue was the hot water, the first thing we wanted to do after a long drive when we arrived at the property was to take a bath and a shower but there was no hot water. We were told they only switched on the geyser a few minutes ago and we waited for the water to warm up which was from 21:00 and we were very tired and very cold.
