The facilities and the views.
The road getting there.
All facilities closed early and we were unable to use yet we paid full price for the accommodation.
The shower spray was shooting water all over the place.

Property was amazing.
My kids loved it. Lots of things to do.
Also David (tour/boat guide) was entertaining.
I wish there was a heater or electric blankets.
I hope the road leading to the resort can be smoothed out more.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The facilities are great. The accommodation was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the hike and the breathtaking view of the dam.
There was a slight mix up on the booking vis-à-vis breakfast included. In the end, I paid separately. It could have been on the booking, not sure.

location was stunning and has great potential, but facilities were poor and staff not very supportive. For the price charged you would expect the place to be slightly better equipped for load shedding. As a minimum there should be a way to cook with gas or something and some basic battery lighting. there were two candles, but no candle stands. in South Africa load shedding is expected, the place should be better equipped.
