The Naleli Guest House absolutely blew our expectations out the park. What a lovely and pleasant guest house. Rorisang was absolutely amazing to deal with from the minute we made the booking. She responded promptly to my messages and even reached out on Whatsapp prior to our travel to ensure we had the correct location and consistently called us to check if we were still ok. They assisted us with early check and as we wanted to change before heading out to AfriSki for day activities. The rooms were very warm and cosy upon our return as it was a very cold evening. I highly recommend Naleli Guest House. Rorisang keep up the excellent service as you a valuable asset to Naleli.

The room was so spacious with fridge and microwave. The staff were nice and friendly

The breakfast was always cold. The most annoying experience for me were the cleaners who didn't replenish tea, sugar, toiletries, towels even shower cap. l would hang my shower cap to dry, when l come back it's gone but there is no replacement. It's boring to ask for everything on a daily basis yet they know they should replace simple things like soap, shampoo, shower caps, sugar, tea etc
