I received great hospitality from the staff, even way before I got there, they were extremely helpful when I was asking for any assistance. When I finally got there from the receptionist to the waiters everyone was nice and friendly very accommodative to their guests at all times.

The property is good money for value, very clean and comfortable.
The noise from the staff in the morning. Staff is not considerate of visitors, in the morning they make a lot of noise. We had to wake up earlier than expected as the noise was unbearable. They would speak to each other from a distance and pulling of bins.

Rooms were clean The food was good Helpful staff, we forgot our passports at Afriski and a guy called Motaung helped us get them back.
Noise from the bar at night The booking, we had to confirm our booking multiple times with them as they kept on saying it wasn’t on their system
