Everything met my expectations; room was clean and modern and close to town. A place I would definitely come back to on my next visit to Clarens.

Location was excellent! Off the main road and yet a short walk to the Central Park. The property is newly done and in great condition. Everything was clean and tidy and the helper on the property was cheerful.
Room was cold and the gas heater ran out of gas after a few minutes. The fridge and microwave was off but we sorted that out. All in all, a great stay and we shall be back.

Everything was okay I liked the room
I forgot my hot comb at the room and when I reported it it’s as if I’m crazy and by chatting with the person on Clarens WhatsApp they said something like they trust their staff and one day my hot comb might just slip inside my handbag how is it possible I mean what happened to the customer is always right why would I lie about me leaving my hot comb inside the wardrobe I used the hot comb on Saturday and placed it inside the wardrobe and Sunday when we checked out I was wearing a doek I forgot my hot comb inside the wardrobe and I told the person on Monday I forgot the hot comb
