It was very quiet at night and the beds was super comfortable. The host was very friendly and accommodated us earlier due to wedding attendance time crunch. Loved the 2 dogs relaxing around the garden. Sitting in the lush garden under a tree in the morning having our snacks before getting ready.
Bookings.com say 1.3km from City Centre when it is in fact 40km from City Centre. It was a bit far to travel after attending a wedding on the other side of Kroonstad. I will however definitely recommend Barn Guesthouse especially if you are traveling as it is very accessible from the N1 for a comfortable quiet stay.

We did not include breakfast in our stay. We went to town to eat at different restaurants. The establishment is on a farm outside of the town of Kroonstad. Big towels I loved. Aircon helped a lot as it was very warm and humid. Filter coffee, fresh milk, rusks! Friendly and helpful hostess which recommended places to eat. Friendly farm dogs. Owls on the farm road were beautiful!
For the price we paid there is nothing we didn’t like!

Dit was baie netjies, veilig, ruim en rustig. Alles wat 'n mens nodig het vir 'n vinnige oorslaap en meer. Die eiendom is baie gerieflik gelee naby die snelweg. Die plaas lyk soos 'n klein stukkie paradys. Sal graag weer oorslaap. Ons hond het ook lekker met die eienaar se honde gespeel.
