The room was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located.
The staff were very nice and attentive.
Although the staff tried their best to resolve the issue in every way possible, the problem with the hot water was not convenient at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in was painless and they were accommodating for an early check in.
The bed was passable but not the greatest, the pillows were also quite worn. It is the normal "small" towels (not hand towels just small) for the bathroom, and they can buy bigger bath sheets. Winter in Potchefstroom is really cold, they had thick blankets which was very helpful, but they could invest in some panel heating and even an electric blanket to make it a better experience. The aircon remotes were removed so I could not use the aircon to just break the cold.
