Sonka Resort Mirror House with Lake View

El paisaje fue como de película, el sauna y el jacuzzi todo súper lujoso y además la casa de espejo wow

It was a super nice stay at the Sonka Mirror House with Lake View! We were picked up at Rovaniemi by a car shuttle and the driver even waited patiently while we tried to find the right parking lot. In the car even was a welcome snack box for us. The house was very narrow but the furniture, the electronic devices and everything were very good. The panorama window was really cool. We had cloudy weather so we couldn't see any northern lights. But this was fine as we had a 3 hour private time slot (!) for sauna AND (cosy warm!) hot tub. The sauna is very new, very beatiful and the perfect heat and view! Afterwards we loved to watch movies on the projector screen. The breakfast in beautifully decorated baskets were delicious. All the staff and especially the drivers were very friendly. It was a wonderful stay with a cosy evening and a nice start in the day! We think of going to Sonka again one day!!

The house was not directly infront of the lake. There was one house in a row before ours so our view on the lake was with a part of the house. We did not expect that but it was just a minor issue and the rest was wonderful. So this was fine as well.

Bekamen ein Upgrade vom Mirror House auf ei größeres Haus mit eigener Sauna, was Weltklasse war. Dort ist es sehr ruhig, Aussicht auf den gefrorenen See & der dahinter liegenden Landschaft sind ein Traum. Das Personal ist sehr nett & zuvorkommend - wir bekamen jeden Tag um 09:00 Uhr (von uns gewünscht) Frühstück an die Haustüre geliefert. Vor dem Haus steht noch ein HotPot der auf Wunsch von den Mitarbeitern eingeheizt wird. Die Räumlichkeiten waren außerordentlich sauber, es gibt ausreichend Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo/Seife & Lotion (von Rituals) & einenFöhn, die einem zur Verfügung stehen. Weiters gibt es für Selbstversorger einen Wasserkocher, Kochfelder, Geschirr, Geschirrspüler etc. das Teil der Einrichtung ist.
