I like everything about this villa. I like the jacuzzi/ sauna and kitchen as well cook and enjoy family time in the quiet space. The host helped us to do some laundry as well as we are moving on to other countries after this 5 days stay. The host is super responsive to answer my queries and very kind!

All perfect, only lack of switches/plug to charge our gadgets but we made do by off some lights to get it done. The terrace door is quite heavy to open but still manageable!

AMAZING STAY IN FINLAND!!

I can’t recommend this property enough!!! It is gorgeous, great location and good value for money. The hosts were exceptional and response times were very quick. It has everything that you need for a very comfortable stay :) We were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the property and they were incredible!! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone;)

It felt like a bit of luxury in nature.

The location was stunning . Property was well equipped and super clean. Facilities were great - hot tub, boat, grill, sauna etc. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, even welcoming us with wine and chocolates. The mosquito zappers were so useful.

Could occasionally hear the traffic from the main road.

Phenomenal property - Great hosts - amazing location

The location, layout, amenities (sauna & hot tub, etc.), and design touches Very comfortable beds. The hosts were super punctual in replying to questions and requests and super helpful! The river views were so calming and beautiful!

The shower needs a longer glass door on the sink side as the shower spray gets all over the floor but easily cleaned up.

Amazing villa in beautiful location

The villa was great and true to photos, it was a bit bigger than we expected. really lovely, with beds and sofa comfy and cosy atmosphere with lots of little extras. We used the sauna and hot tub which was amazing under the fairy lights. We didnt get to light fire pit but that was our fault. (another night and we would have) We hired a car, which was easily parked and the location was great, looking out over the lake was beautiful day or night, we made friends with a local and tried our hands at ice fishing, and had a wander through the trees, only 20 mins from restaurants etc in Rovaniemi. We made a simple meal on the night of our arrival to relax and make the most of our stay in the villa and ate out the following day/night. We weren't lucky enough to see the Northern Lights during our stay but still an amazing visit.

Incredible property perfect for 4 adults

The property was gorgeous, all spotlessly clean and left ready for our arrival with the hot tub ready to jump in and a bottle of wine on the side (which was a lovely touch).

The beds aren’t really suitable for 6 adults sharing as one bedroom is basically inside another bedroom (luckily there were only 4 of us) so it worked out fine.

Beautiful, cozy, clean and a perfect home away from home in the Finnish countryside

The pictures don't do it justice as the place was even more beautiful in person!! The surroundings were very picturesque as well and we had a very nice relaxing time with all the amenities that we needed for a home away from home. The best part was the jacuzzi which was ready by the time we checked in :) Overall very happy with our stay and it was a very seamless check-in process as the owners sent clear and easy instructions well in advanced.

Honestly I couldn't really fault anything. It was a perfect getaway.

A perfect little house on a lake at edge of the arctic circle!

Beautifully decorated and very cozy little guest house next to a lake. Perfect location for people who prefer a more private accomotation. It's about 15-20 minute drive from Rovaniemi and about 25 min to Santas Village. Very smartly organised floorplan as there is place to sleep for 6 people so perfect for larger families. Our 2 kids loved that they were able to sleep in the "attic". Sauna is very nice and our whole family felt that this is a must thing to have if you have spend almost an entire day outside during winter time. But I think it would be also very nice to run directly from the sauna and jump into the lake during summer time. Then again, as an Estonian, I'm probably too biased as I can't live without a good sauna anyway :) The kitchen has everything needed to cook and enjoy any kind of meal. Door has a smartlock so very convinient to operate and WiFi speed is great throughout the house. Would definetly come back again!

The only small drawback during winter is that because one of the sleeping areas is located close to ceiling and is above the sauna then this sleeping area is probably 3 degrees warmer than the main livingroom area on the ground floor.

Best stay ever!

One of the loveliest stays we ever had! We love to travel but it’s safe to say we never had such a beautiful and lovely housing! You could see that the owners did everything to make us feel welcome! We are leaving fascinated by the Finnish landside! We can just recommend it, if you want your stay to be unforgettable!

You have to keep in mind that you need a car since it’s a 20 minutes right to Rovanimi, but on the other hand you have a quiet place just for yourself with a wonderful view, definitely worth it!

Ruhe und Luxus direkt am See

Wirklich wunderschöne kleine Villa am Rande von Rovaniemi. Überkomplett eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details an jeder Ecke. Die Lage in erster Reihe direkt am See sorgt für Ruhe und Privatsphäre, wunderschöne Ausblicke in Sommer wie im Winter (mit etwas Glück auch Polarlichter) und ausreichend Platz für den Steg und Sitzgruppe mit Feuerstelle für BBQ direkt am Ufer (ausreichend Holz ist vorhanden), die große überdachte Terrasse mit privatem Hot Tub, Sitzecke und zweiter Mini-Feuerstelle etc.. Die Sauna drinnen sorgt für Entspannung, die großzügigen Schlafplätze im OG sind über kleine Leitern erreichbar - für die Kinder ein großes Abenteuer! Gute Matratzen, wunderschöne Sauna mit Blick auf den See, alles da, was man braucht - sogar eine Flasche Wein hat im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet und die Kinder bekamen von der sehr netten Gastgeberin sogar ein kleines, liebevolles Geschenk - uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Leuke minivilla met alle opties.

Leuk opgezet minivilla. alles is wat klein maar heeft ook zijn charme. In de zomer was het prima hier vol te houden door airco en goede kwaliteit van zwemwater.

Jaccuzi was niet schoon bij aankomst stonk helaas.

Unglaublich schön

Die Minivilla hatte Platz für 6 Personen, sie war wunderschön eingerichtet (mit Liebe zum Detail) es gab eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool die einfach super waren. Die Lage war unbeschreiblich schön. Die Besitzerin war super lieb und hat uns sogar persönlich empfangen. Es war alles sauber. Eine bessere Unterkunft kann man sich echt nicht wünschen. Das Geld hat sich definitiv gelohnt.
