Situation proche du centre ancien et du lac. Calme. Parking privé (un luxe sur Annecy)
4eme étage mansardé donc très chaud. Pas de Clim ni même un ventilateur.

Le lieu la proximité du centre le calme le parking.. et les équipementd.
La douche pas trop bien entretenue. Les montants extérieurs avec des traces ocres....la pomme de douche très entartrée et l'éciulement du bac très lent (problème de siphon sûrement) cuvette de wc entartrée et marron au fond🫤.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione fantastica, per arrivare in centro o al lago bastano 10 minuti di cammino, per arrivare a ristoranti e ad un centro commerciale non più di 5 minuti. Appartamento spazio e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza.
L'appartamento è davvero un ottima scelta, aggiungerei solo un asciugacapelli. Essendo una mansarda bisogna considerare che ci sono delle scale da salire.

Gut und ansprechend eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage.
Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, ein guter Schlaf war trotz Ventilatoren und offenen Dachfenstern kaum möglich. Im Sommer leider nicht zu empfehlen, in allen anderen Jahreszeiten sicherlich eine tolle Wohnung. Das Klo und der Duschkopf sollten dringend getauscht werden.
