The bus station is nearby and there are some nice restaurants in the area. In general the area seams quit quiet. It takes 35-55 min to get to most common places in London.
The description on booking was not very informativ. I’ve reached out to them pre my stay to check if bedding and towels are provided as it is a student accommodation and that’s not always the case. They told me that both will not be provided so I packed something. In the end there was bedding and towels, that was nice but it was both new. The towels have never been washed before as they were still smelling like new and didn’t soak water that well. The bedding was polyester microfiber. It was nice that it was provided but you need to wash them before use as they have chemical treatment. When I arrived everything seamed clean but there was a tuft of hair on the floor. But that was expectable for me. The ventilation in bathroom was making sound and I could turn it off and the heating was kinda always on at least I didn’t figure out how to turn it off. There is a kitchen but you can’t use it as it’s for the long stay students and you need your own cutlery and stuff.
