The room and communal areas. For the deal I got, it was really good.
In three weeks there was no cleaner and I had no idea where to get cleaning supplies. I was charged £75 for cleaning but they never came to clean my room whilst I was there. Also, it was really warm in the room and the fan did not seem to work very well.

The matress was not comfertable. Noise from the street. No TV in the room.

It is located in an area that allows for easy travel via public transport; overall, the building features large, clean communal areas and is safe.
Unfortunately, the unit I was assigned wasn’t the best; it was dirty, and it took nearly three days for them to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that this isn’t a hotel—you don’t have 24/7 housekeeping service.
