This is a charming little spot in the heart of Nice, just a block from the beach. The apartment is very nice, brand new, and spotless. The owners are also extremely polite, making our stay enjoyable. It includes AC, a washer, and a well-furnished kitchen. Highly recommended.

The accommodation has an excellent location. It is easy to reach from the airport, the beach is very close, and there are plenty of restaurants, breakfast places, cafés, and shops nearby. The slightly more distant attractions are also easily accessible by public transport. The hosts are kind, helpful, and easy to reach. The accommodation is well equipped, with everything you might need during a one-week holiday. A baby cot and high chair are available for small children.
The only difficulty was that the accommodation is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Unfortunately, this was not indicated anywhere beforehand, and with a small child it made going up and down a bit more challenging.

Очень чисто, уютно, все необходимое есть. Для нас оставили кофе и конфеты, что было очень мило. Были зубные щетки, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, аптечка, порошок, утюг. В общем, были учтены все мелочи, это очень запало в душу! Владелец был всегда на связи, быстро отвечал, очень добрый и коммуникабельный, шел на уступки. Расположение апартаментов тоже очень удобное! Море близко, продуктовый за углом, кафе с вкусным кофе и булочками прям у выхода из дома!
