El apartamento está fenomenal, nuevo, limpio y muy bonito. Además el anfitrión es muy amable.

La ubicación. Demasiado lejos de la zona turística. Lo que te hace perder mucho tiempo en el transporte urbano. Que encima, cuando estuvimos, había obras y la final del Tour de Francia, con lo que nos encontramos con muchas líneas cortadas con las que teníamos que enlazar. Un poco caos.

Newly renovated clean and tidy apartment in a quite part of Paris. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 4 nights. The owner was very helpful in solving the mystery of door lock and was constantly messaging to ask about our comfort and if we needed any help. Almost everything in the property is new. Walking distance from bus, tram service T1 and RER B train which takes you to central paris in 12 minutes. Hot water, heating is available, even board games for kids and a small patio to enjoy the evening with a cup of tea. There were a bit of road works going around in whole area but still the place is very quiet and free of pollution. Charles de Gaulle and Le Bourget Airport are also close by. For groceries, Aldi is at walking distance and if you like authentic Turkish food than Elya Restaurant close to La Courneve train station is the best place to enjoy.

I wish if fans were there as the weather was a bit warm during our stay
