Appartment is in Winter Palace building. Excellently and smartly renovated and fully equipped for longer stay. Excellent location. Close to train and bus station if you want to move around (Nice, Monaco, Ventimigllia...). Also close to the central Menton beach (12min walk). Magnificent old style building and surrounding garden. Very quiet neighbourhood. Appartment is north side oriented which is perfect to avoid summer daily sunbeams. Friendly host provides all information and help. 5th floor appartment with excellent view on Alpes. Two modern elevators in the building. Surrounding area under video surveillance. Secured free parking lots within premises.
No aircondition (due to historical building atrributes) but there is a fan for air circulation, which was quite enough for pleasent stay even during extremely hot period in July. 113 steps (not steep) from the main boulevard to main building entrance (8min slight uphill walk). Number of parking lots within premises is limited, but you can almost always find a place during day.

Immeuble surprenant, à 1km du centre. Parking appréciable et logement fonctionnel.
A pied, ça grimpe pas mal pour accéder à l'immeuble !!
