La résidence est magnifique ,très arborée , calme et à quelques minutes du centre ville L'agence qui gère la location est joignable facilement et répond aux attentes des clients Tout était parfait

Le winter palace est une magnifique construction, ancien hôtel de luxe de la Riviera. Situé sur les hauteurs de Menton, mais toutefois très proche du centre ville et de la vieille ville de Menton, en empruntant des ruelles et escaliers qui descendent directement en ville, environ 10 min. Entouré de verdure, beau jardin et colline verdoyante sur l’arrière. L’appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel , bien équipé , propre et très clair avec une jolie vue sur les collines et montagnes. Jolies SDB et cuisine, salon / SAM confortable, avec table, chaises, grande tv. L’accès à la résidence se fait par une petite route, située derrière le portail avec des emplacement de parking tout le long.
Le matelas nécessiterait d’être changé. Il n’est pas confortable et fait des creux. Un drap housse serait plus agréable qu’un simple drap qui ne borde pas de tous les côtés. Et l’Alése plastique ne reste pas en place et fait du bruit. La baignoire est étroite.
