La vue sur la mer. L’accueil avec des mets et des bouteilles d’eau au frais un vrai plus. La climatisation. Tout le confort vaisselle et lave linge à disposition. Propriétaire aimable et disponible.
La propreté est à revoir légèrement. La douche n’était pas propre a l’arrivé (cheveux), le parquets abîmé par l’usure (craqueler dans la chambre), le lavabo est bouché (plomberie à revoir) la mitoyenneté avec les voisins. (Mal isolé). Bâtiment vieillissant.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement : la résidence est située sur une colline et offre une très belle vue depuis les fenêtres. L’appartement est spacieux, propre, avec de hauts plafonds et entièrement meublé. Il dispose également de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable, notamment de la climatisation, ce qui était particulièrement appréciable par temps chaud.

Nothing! Everything was great. Best apartment we’ve ever rented on the French Riviera, and we go there every year.

Location was good and the apartment was as shown on the website. Close to the train station and not far from the restaurants and beach.
No air con as indicated - noisy portable unit was installed in day 2. Shower head mount was broken , fixed by our third day. Lack of basic provisions - no tea towels, no mirror other than in bathroom, only one set of bath towels for a week’s stay :(
