Would not recommend this apartment

well-equipped kitchen

I paid around €160 per night and had many problems: Key code was not provided on time and had to be requested by phone. Confused neighbor rang the apartment doorbell, asked questions, and wanted to call the police. The television set was not working. The fire alarm in the apartment went off several times from 5 o'clock in the morning. The reason for this was probably an almost empty battery. The host intended to contact me by telephone the following day, but did not do so. No hairdryer.

Gestori pessimi nell'informare di una situazione che potrebbe dare fastidio a qualcuno . Non siamo nemmeno saliti nell'appartamento siamo stati a parlare con i gestori fuori in strada poi ho preso la mia macchina e siamo andati via. Nel lungo messaggio ricevuto dopo la spiegazione del check in parcheggi ecc...il messaggio diceva Nota importante riguardante l'edificio .L'edificio in cui si trova l'appartamento è piuttosto vecchio e scarsamente sonorizzato si prega di non fare rumore ecc.. ( fin qui tutto ok )poi continuava inoltre potrebbe occasionalmente ( noi abbiamo visto le recensioni ..dopo e abbiamo notato che era già capitato ) avvicinarsi all'appartamento e suonare il campanello una vicina anziana che sta attualmente attraversando un periodo di fragilità mentale causa recenti problemi di salute .Potrebbe occasionalmente avvicinarsi all'appartamento e suonare il campanello a volte è cordiale ma a volte può parlare in modo incoerente o addirittura sgradevole .Naturalmente non siete obbligati ad aprire la porta se diventa insistente o verbalmente aggressiva non esitate a chiamare il numero 17 ( la polizia )e importante sapere che non stratta piuttosto di una donna anziana che sta passando un disagio psicologico di una persona pericolosa vi ringrazio sinceramente per la comprensione ecc..ecc.. Partiamo dal fatto che un messaggio cosi si doveva scrivere non 2 giorni prima dal nostro arrivo ma subito al momento del nostro pagamento ( cioè 15 giorni fa ) inoltre non scriverlo su booking perché una persona magari nemmeno lo nota ma sul cellulare visto che i proprietari mi hanno chiamato subito dopo il mio reclamo su Booking inoltre non siamo nemmeno saliti nell'atrio e subito abbiamo detto che non volevamo rimanere li...non per paura della signora Anziana ma visto che avevamo solo 2giorni di vacanza da stare tranquilli non volevamo rischiare che qualcuno ci disturbasse la notte e addirittura dover chiamare la polizia ..

Bello e comodo (+ host fantastica!)

Camera Ampia, molto ordinata e accessoriata. Cucina semplice ma completa di tutto: posate, bicchieri, padelle, macchina del caffè e bollitore. Presente anche il climatizzatore che non fa mai male soprattutto nelle giornate calde. Host preciso, super disponibile e presente per qualsiasi necessità!

Nulla di particolare. Consiglierei esclusivamente la sostituzione del soffione della doccia. All'apparenza sembra recente ma in realtà è pieno di calcare, per cui il getto dell'acqua non è omogeneo.

Superbe logement

Appartement bien situé , à proximité de tout boulangerie, superette centre ville, gare sncf ,gare routière. Très propre, bien équipé. Alice, la propriétaire à l'écoute réactive et d"une gentillesse .Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous . Je conseille fortement ce logement. C'est sur , pour notre prochaine réservation aucune hésitation ce sera ce joli T2.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Le logement est propre, bien équipé et parfaitement situé. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise, comme à la maison. Un grand merci à Alice, la propriétaire, qui est vraiment adorable, très à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour aider ou répondre aux questions. Sa gentillesse et son sens du service ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable avec une hôte exceptionnelle !

Séjour parfait

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est très propre, bien agencé, avec une déco épurée mais tout ce qu’il faut est là. Mention spéciale pour la douche, spacieuse et agréable — c’est un vrai plus, surtout quand on aime avoir un peu de place pour se détendre. La salle de bain dans son ensemble est aussi étonnamment grande pour ce type de logement. Le coin nuit est super bien pensé : un lit surélevé qui donne un côté cosy et cocooning, tout en libérant de l’espace de rangement. J’ai trouvé ça à la fois pratique et chaleureux. Autre point fort : la localisation. En plein centre, tout se fait à pied, mais l’appartement reste au calme car il donne sur une cour intérieure. Je pense d’ailleurs revenir en février pour la Fête des Citrons, et je relouerai sûrement ici, car il est idéalement situé. Bref, une vraie pépite et un grand merci à Alice qui nous a donné toutes les informations et accueilli chaleureusement.

Très bien

Pour moi, l'appartement était parfait. Je n'avais besoin que de deux nuits en ville, et cela m'a déjà beaucoup aidé. J'ai été bien accueilli par la propriétaire. Elle m'a expliqué que la voisine du dessous, une dame âgée, était parfois gênée par le bruit, mais que cela ne m'empêchait pas de passer un excellent séjour. Je n'ai eu aucun problème. L'appartement est en centre-ville, à cinq minutes à pied de la gare.

Voilà un superbe appartement pour découvrir la ville

Un appartement fraîchement rénové super sympa. La partie literie est originale et confortable, bien optimisée. Nous sommes en plein centre de la ville avec tout ce qu’il faut à côté. L’appartement est calme car il donne sur une coure intérieure. La propriétaire a été adorable.
