Nice apartment and great host

Excellent host, very efficient communication and nice service attitude ! Well planned facilities overall in the apartment. Great location (close to beach, boulangeries and other shops). Private parking facility was perfect. Will strongly recommend for families visiting menton.

Charming apartment with very welcoming hosts

The studio is located in a regular building that offers a nice view of the nearby hills. It is next to the train station. We went out to have breakfast at the nearby cafe. The host was extra helpful in providing additional information on what we can do during our stay.

Exceptional

Bright, very clean apartment with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains, 1 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the beach. The bed is comfortable, the AC works excellent, the kitchen is well equipped. Our host, Oksana was really friendly and responded to our messages immediately. Special thanks for the sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels. :)

Perfect Studio

The apartment is very nice, clean, and comfortable. There is everything you need. The resident is quiet and close to the sea, bar, restaurants, and the port. There is free parking, the air conditioning, a beautiful small terrace. Oksana is a perfect host! Thank you!

Всичко ни хареса. Прекрасно местоположение, гледка, чистота, удобства, отношение, уют. Студиото е истинско бижу в центъра на града на пешеходно разстояние, както от гарата, така и от магазини, кафенета, стария град, плажа. Паркингът е голям плюс, тъй като всичко е наблизо и нямате нужда от кола. ЖП гарата е в непосредствена близост и може с влака да посетите Монако, Ница, Кан и други места в околността. За нашето семейство 2 възрастни и 2 деца на 16 години и 9 години цената на дневния билет беше 35 евро. Апартаментът е малък, но има всички удобства. По - голям е от хотелските стаи, в които бяхме настанени в Париж. Гледката от терасата е прекрасна. Терасата е подходяща за хапване навън. В кухнята може да намерите всичко необходимо от сол и зехтин до изтисквачка за лимони. С удоволствие бихме се върнали и отново бихме отседнали в това място.

Всичко ни хареса. Не ни стигна времето, което бяхме отделили да се насладим изцяло на престоя си тук и на града.

Centrale e accogliente, con vista dal balcone bellissima

La posizione (in centro!) la vista (sulle montagne, bellissima!) e tutti gli accessori presenti nella struttura. Inoltre accoglienza impeccabile, con anche il garage con accesso con chiave. Abbiamo fatto una colazione bellissima sul balcone con vista spettacolare (con croissant presi a 50mt!) ... 😀

Il citofono della doccia da sistemare, ma trascurabile rispetto a quanto particolare sia la struttura.

Studio très bien aménagé rien ne manque.la propreté est présente dans le ménage et le linge serviettes draps .l’emplacement est très appréciable ainsi que la place de parking .l’accueil par le propriétaire est très appréciable

A Mentone per la festa dei limoni

Posizione ottimale con box sotterraneo molto comodo. Appartamento piccolo ma molto curato nell’arredamento e dotato di tutti i comfort. Bagno con vasca e dotato di tutto. Proprietario molto disponibile che conosce l’italiano.
