L’appartement se trouve dans un vieux Palace très charmant chargé d’histoire. Il est très accueillant et propre. Le lit très confortable, on dirait que le matelas est à mémoire de forme…☺️ La cuisine bien équipée, même avec le lave-vaisselle. Pour la position, on est très centrale, à deux pas de la mer. Supermarché et magasin à coté et si on vient on voiture, on a le parking juste à 2 minutes de l’appartement. Le petit plus: le café et croissant que on peut consommer au café juste en bas de l’immeuble, offert par le propriétaire! 😉

1.位置非常好，很適合參加menton lemon festival，離車站650m，公園底下就是排隊入場的入口，即使如此晚上隔音良好，不會聽到戶外的聲音（早上可能會聽到大樓內的聲音）。
2.客廳跟臥室都有陽台，陽台面對街道，無法直接看到海，但望出去左側可以看到海。
3.廚房用具齊全，橄欖油調味料茶包咖啡都有，有洗碗機。
4.有電梯。
5.洗衣機可以使用。
6.枕頭床墊跟棉被舒服！
7.屋主回應迅速，會安排人員來處理問題，但只會說法文。
8.房間內甚至準備了參加遊行的面具！
屋內香氛跟毛巾有一個特殊的味道。
價格略高，但可能是遇到檸檬節的關係。

Trotz 95 Briefkästen im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Die zentrale Lage ist super und auch Parklätze findet man immer wieder in der näheren Umgebung.
Leider reicht die Kühlung der Klimaanlage nicht bis ins Schlafzimmer - denn diejenigen die darunter schlafen sind bis dann erfroren 🤭

Fenomenal mi estancia aquí! Volvería sin ninguna duda.
El apartamento estaba impecable y todo muy bien dotado.
La cama muy cómoda y el aire increíble para el verano.
La ubicación es muy buena! Con acceso directo a la playa y cerca al centro caminando. Mucha calma.
La host fue muy amable y muy atenta con la llegada y salida.
