Location close to the water and access to old town, Les Halles and walkable to train station. The cookware was in excellent condition. The extractor fan and over sink/ counter/ cooktop lighting worked. The capsule coffee maker worked and there was a brand new box of pods. Lots of plates and cutlery, etc. The foldable clothes drying rack was the most substantial I have ever encountered at a rental property. The dishwasher and induction stovetop were both excellent quality. The view from the balcony was unbeatable. I can only imagine how busy the road must get in summer. The parking was very secure and convenient. We had a Ford Puma and it was no problem for the parking. The Lisa apartment was light filled and had electric storm shutters- excellent light and ventilation control. The fact that we were in good communication with the owner and that we were physically met at the property for key hand off and parking instructions was appreciated. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. There are two toilets - one in the hall and the second in the en-suite bathroom. The larger bedroom has a small balcony and a shower/ sink room and therefore uses the hallway toilet. I also appreciated that there was not a chore list to be completed, just the reasonable assumption that the guest would leave the apartment as found. Would recommend. Thank you!
The bed in the ensuite bedroom was comfortable, but not excellent- this may vary by user. I bring my own inflatable pillow as I have a fussy neck and was glad I did. The kitchen was on the small side but we were able to cook pasta and fry up sausages while having a Juliette balcony door to appreciate the view and ventilation whilst cooking. The wineglasses were okay, but not for someone who enjoys wines. Better to drink from the thinner lipped tumbler glasses for a more bistrot experience.

Wir haben das Apartment für das Zitronenfestival Ende Februar 2026 ausgewählt, da wir den Umzug vom Balkon aus anschauen konnten. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Apartment sehr schön und sehr sauber, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, da man in direkter Nähe gut frühstücken und essen kann. Als Begrüßung war eine Flasche Prosecco und Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut!
Die Anfahrt war - aufgrund des Festivals und der teilweise gesperrten Straßen - schwierig und zeitraubend. Dadurch kam die Übergabe der Schlüssel und Einweisung für den Parkplatz und das Apartment ein wenig zu kurz, aber wir sind zurecht gekommen. Wir haben kein Ticket für den Umzug gebucht, da wir alles vom Balkon aus gesehen haben, leider konnten wir aber ohne Nachweis eines Tickets das Apartment den ganzen Sonntag (10.00 - 17.30 Uhr) nicht verlassen, was sehr ärgerlich war. Wir hätten wohl eine "Identitätskarte" als Bewohner des Apartments benötigt.

Après un court séjour à Menton dans l’appartement « Lisa Apartment » nous pouvons dire que :
- La situation est vraiment exceprtionnelle. L’appartement lui-même a une position unique avec un étage élevé, une vue panoramique du salon où on a l’impression d’être sur un bateau en pleine mer, une très belle terrasse en bois complète cette sensation, toutes les chambres et la cuisine ont une vue mer dégagée. En sortant de la résidence , à droite il y a la plage , sur la gauche à 50 m il y a tous les commerces de proximité dont un libraire-marchand de journaux ayant tous les quotidiens internationaux . Au bas de l’immeuble un café-restaurant très pratique et qualitatif, en face un excellent Atelier Boulanger « à la Française » .
- Le confort de l’appartement est total : une climatisation complète , moderne, par réglage de température individuel des zones « jour » et de chaque chambre . Chaque salle de bain dispose en outre de chauffe-serviettes efficaces permettant d’avoir des températures idéales.
- L’appartement a du être rénové il y a peu car tout est neuf .
- l’équipement de cuisine est complet .
- Un parasol et deux fauteuils de plage sont proposés.
- La propreté est parfaite .
- Il y a un vaste garage fermé , gratuit, au sous sol réservé aux propriétaires de la résidence.
- L’accueil et le départ son personnalisé avec Monsieur Giovanni qui est très disponible et à l’écoute.
Au total, le seul regret a été que le séjour était trop court…mais nous avons déjà réservé pour un autre voyage.

Une vue magnifique sur la plage de la baie de Menton, un appartement très propre, très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est venu nous remettre la clef à notre arrivée. L'appartement possède un box pour garer sa voiture. On peut aller à la piscine située dans l'immeuble d'en face.
