Casa situata in un'ottima posizione, grande e nuova. Inoltre accogliente per gruppi, famiglie e cani
Scalinata ripida per raggiungere l'appartamento. Rumori notturni ( con le finestre chiuse non si sentono).

Posizione centralissima Appartamento molto spazioso Pulizia Staff (Alex molto gentile e disponibile)
Nonostante gli infissi recenti, molto rumoroso di notte nel weekend per via dei locali aperti fino alle 3.30 del mattino. L'assenza dell'ascensore (é un secondo piano ma è come se fosse un terzo) La proprietà dovrebbe sostituire la serratura della porta d'ingresso...difettosa.

Très bien placé, a promixité de tout, appartement spacieux et correctement entretenu. Endroit très festif notamment les soirs de week end, donc ça convient parfaitement a un groupe qui veut faire la fête. Mais peut être pas a une famille.
Ménage surtout au niveau de la salle de bain, pas top.

Accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort..davvero l essenziale per il nostro soggiorno c’era tutto!!una casa a misura di famiglia..nuovissima e davvero comoda!!
Unica nota “negativa” ma non troppo le scale ripide..ecco magari se si hanno bambini piccoli non è l ‘ideale
