L'Excelsior Suites

Locatie was zeer goed en vooral super proper! En heel goede bedden. Mega goed geslapen.

Very clean, beds very comfortable, in the centre of Brasschaat, super markets very close, Guy helped us with parking instructions, the air conditioning units in each bedroom and lounge were an absolute godsend, would have struggled without them, stayed for a hockey tournament and Dragons HC literally 10 mins walk away was so ideal, couldn’t recommend this apartment enough 🤩

We could have done with a few more dishes, toaster and bowls, larger mugs for a good cuppa tea, and probably instructions re the cooker which is also a microwave !

Convenient for our purposes. Handy to all amenities. Would love to have stayed longer to explore a lovely town.

A dossier with instructions on the use of the oven, hobs, dryer, and washing machine. There were manuals for WM and dryer, but these were still in their packets along with bits and pieces of their apparent installation. A regular schedule of the staff so we could leave a note of what was needed. A place for a hand towel in the toilet. Toilet roll holder unsatisfactory. Instructions for running the towel warmer. Shower door needs adjusting so that is closes. Step up to bedroom could be painted white so it is visible in dim or no lighting. Kitchen not well equipped: no spatula for non-stick pans, bought our own cups as those supplied were too small. A large dishwasher for two people seemed superfluous. Would have been better to supply dishwashing liquid to wash dishes in sink.

The apartment was perfect. It was fully equipped and in the perfect location.
