Le confort, le calme, la déco et l'agencement de l'appartement. De plus la proximité du centre piétonnier et des sites à visiter ( château d'Amboise et le Clos Lucé) qui permet de laisser son véhicule sur place une fois garé et de tout faire à pied.
De ne pas rencontrer quelqu'un sur le site en cas de problème.

super studio ,pour 5 jours à deux la clim au top , car juillet très chaud , parking devant la porte parfait , merci à Nicolas pour petit service , proche de la ville , mais très très calme , lit confort
pour nous tout était bien , mais ne pas être trop costaud , pour l'entrée dans la douche !!!! machine à laver et radiateur réduisent un peu le passage ,
