Convenient location
On top floor with many steps. Would be very difficult with heavy bags. There is no hanging or drawers that I could find. The wooden beams are too low for a taller person. There were no suitable cups or mugs for tea and coffee (only small espresso cups) TV should have instructions. I gave up trying to connect with HDMI on to my computer. The heat pump/air con worked but not really controllable

Studio design sous les toits,(il ne faut pas être trop grand, les poutres sont à 1,75) bien climatisé. Literie ferme. Bien situé à 2 mns du cour Mirabeau. Attention c’est au 3 eme sans ascenseur.
Il y aurait besoin d’ajouter des mugs et un peu de sel, poivre. Et d’être plus généreux sur les dosettes de café. Un 4 eme rideau occultant pourrait être nécessaire pour la porte coulissante de l’entrée ( qui par ailleurs est à réparer) .

Exzellente Lage. Geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Es fehlt etwas an technischer Kontrolle: Télécommande vom TV, Bettlampen und eine Tischlampe funktionierten nicht. Es fehlt bei Booking.Com ein Hinweis, dass kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden bzw. Hinweis auf etwas problematische Treppe für ältere Gäste. Nebenbei, die Übermittlung des Zugangscods erst am Tag vor Anreise ist zu kurz und verunsichert.
