About this apartment rental
Charming furnished apartment with air conditioning in each room (T2 of 41 m²) classified 3 stars, completely renovated and equipped, on the first floor of a private two-story building in a quiet and sunny area in the heart of the famous Mazarin district.
Ideally located in the immediate vicinity on foot of the Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, the Fontaine des Quatre Dauphins, the Caumont Art Center, the Saint Jean de Malte church and the shops and restaurants of Rue d'Italie.
You will benefit from a living-dining room with a Smart TV, DVD player, Hifi system, a fully equipped kitchen, an independent bedroom (double bed 160 x 200), bright with dressing room-wardrobe and an office.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage unit, hair dryer and towel dryer.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
SERVICES and BENEFITS OFFERED:
- Rate offered per night for two people (any additional person will be charged).
- Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge for the use of the baby bed.
Provision of a baby bed, high chair, bathtub.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the establishment free of charge.
- Household linen is provided (sheets, pillowcases, bath sheets and towels, bath mat, guest towel, table napkins, tea towels, etc.).
(For a request to use the sofa bed as a second bed when booking for two people, a fee of €50 for the duration of the stay will be requested for the laundry supplement)
- Bed made upon arrival.
- At your disposal: soap, shower gel, shampoo, kitchen supplies (coffee capsules, sugar, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper).
- At your request:
possibility of breakfast service at the rate of €12 including tax per person/day.
- For the organization of your transport by train or plane, we have the possibility to meet you to welcome you at the SNCF Aix-TGV train station (€40) or at Marseille-Provence Airport (€60).
Two paying car parks (covered and supervised): Mignet and Carnot are at your disposal, close to the apartment.
This seasonal rental is available all year round.

The apartment is in the perfect location to explore Aix. We arrived by car and found it very challenging to locate first the parking and then the apartment. I was expecting 1 flight of stairs, not 2, so recommend packing light!
Although we reserved for 2 when we asked about using the sofa bed to sleep separately we were told it would be $50 euros for extra bedding and laundering, which we agreed to. Armelle should rethink this amount since all we were provided was a bottom sheet and comforter so felt like too much.
Armelle is very informative and helpful and responded quickly to our messages.

Location is excellent just off Cours Mirabeau. Small, but well equipped apartment (kitchen, bathroom, cabinets...). Hosts were available and quick to respond to small problem with hot water. WiFi could have been stronger and more stable. Nevertheless highly recommended!
