About this apartment rental
Very quiet apartment of 54 m2 completely redone. It includes a large bedroom (bed 180x200) with a bathroom with Italian shower, a living room with sofa with American kitchen and dining area.
Magnificent view of the bell tower of the church of Saint John of Malta. This apartment is very comfortable.
Note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator.
It is located in the Mazarin district, 3 minutes walk from the Cours Mirabeau and 1 minute walk from the rue d'Italie, a very commercial street. The location of this apartment is ideal

Perfect apartment! Comfortable, spotlessly clean, ideal location. It’s quiet and light, facing a serene garden and the museum Granet. Check in was easy, communication with the host was impeccable. The bed is very comfortable, too. We’ll be back!

We just traveled around France and this was our favorite flat that we stayed in. The flat was clean and comfortable and even had effective air conditioning! It was nicely decorated, had lots of natural light, and had ample closet space. It was very close to shops and restaurants in Aix, everything was within walking distance. The only thing that proved tricky was the parking, which the host helped us with very quickly. We also had an issue with checking out (our fault entirely) and the host was very accommodating. Aix is a lovely town and I hope to come back to this flat some day!

Wonderful stay at this VRBO. In fact, the most comfortable sleep we have had in France. The photos don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful renovation with quality fittings. So nice to have a rental that doesn’t feel like it’s been outfitted at IKEA. The location is superb! Wish we could have stayed longer…. Commercial parking is available very close. All the shops you need. Immediate access to all the walking areas of the old part of town. And on top of that, we tried both restaurant recommendations, and they were both excellent. Would go back in a heartbeat.
