LOCATION
It is in a very safe neighborhood.
At 23.00 there were people on the streets, teenagers in the front of the church and in the park.
It is very close(10 min walk) to Piazza Maggiore which is the main square of Bologna.
PROPERTY
It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment.
The beds are big and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the layout of the apartment is very good.
It has a inner courtyard which is tricky. If other neighbors are loud they will bother you but it was not my case, it was peace and quiet after 23.00.
The street has no cars so there is zero noise from the street which for me is very important.
The bathroom is good.
HOST
The host is a very nice person which responds promptly on whatsapp.
From our 3 stays in Italy she was the only one which met us in person to hand over the keys which i appreciated very much.
It is not close to the train station, about a 30 min walk, so if you plan to use Bologna as a base to visit Florence, Verona, etc, it might not be the best choice.
Still, if i ever return to Bologna i would stay in the same place. I loved it.

The host was absolutely amazing, our flight coming in was very late and she waited for us to check in. She helped us organize a surprise for the birthdays of our group members and we will be forever thankful. The apartament was very nice, big, clean and had everything we needed. The location is also amazing, near great restaurants and very Close to Piazza Majore! Overall the Experience was excellent!

The apartment was in a great location, very close to shops and public transportation, which made everything really convenient. It was very clean and, overall, had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to others.
We had a few small issues with the heating, but everything was resolved very quickly thanks to the host, who was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and answered all of our questions promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
