House Val Mulina in Pongello surrounded by lots of nature, in very quiet area Ground floor: entrance with cloakroom, kitchen open to the living room with oven, dishwasher and steamer, TV, WC/sink, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, terrace with table and chairs with wonderful view of the mountains.

Description of location: Pongello is a hamlet of the village of Vicosoprano. A village with few houses, lots of peace and nature. In the village of Vicosoprano, which is only a few minutes' walk away, there are two grocery shops, a butcher's shop, a dairy, a bank with an ATM, a grocery shop, two restaurants, a bar and a do-it shop, as well as two hairdressing studios. For sports enthusiasts, there is a fitness centre, a climbing wall, tennis courts in summer and an ice rink in winter.
