Beautiful location & brand new!

Wonderful Hotel! Great room with a lot of space & everything is brand new and well thought out! Breakfast was sufficient with everything we needed! Very friendly host, perfect area to store our expensive e-bike's & power to charge them with our chargers! Elevator to simplify getting stuff to the room & biking the next day! Directly located on one of the best trails in Livigno! We will return!!!

La struttura è estremamente moderna, arredata con un gusto impeccabile e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Un punto di eccellenza è la pulizia, davvero impeccabile. L'ambiente è anche incredibilmente caldo e confortevole, un vero piacere rientrare. Il letto era comodo e la colazione fantastica. Famiglia proprietaria molto disponibile e accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente!

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, er was veel keuze. Het appartement zag er schoon en sfeervol uit. Goede, fijne bedden. De fietsen konden in de kelder gestald worden. Een mooie omgeving om sportief bezig te zijn. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom een aanrader!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und baulich und ausstattungstechnisch auf einem sehr hohen Stand. Auch das Frühstück war super.

Wir mussten leider trotz bestätigtem Ankunftszeitpunkt 30min aufs check-in warten.

Bei Ankunft wurde der Schlüssel übergeben und das Haus persönlich gezeigt, sehr leckeres und hochwertiges (regionale Produkte ) Frühstück, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, super Abstellraum für Fahrräder inclusive Schrank für Utensilien sowie Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes

Gästekarte für uns keinen Vorteil, da keine Vergünstigungen bei den Bergbahnen oder bei Parkgebühren

Struttura molto accogliente, situata in una zona tranquilla, camera molto ben strutturata, comoda e accogliete, la colazione molto varia con molti prodotti locali e alcuni della tradizione Livignasca. Bravi complimenti.

Eviterei i pancake, non appartengono alla cultura della regione alpina e lo straniero può mangiarli in tutte le grandi strutture alberghiere o negli States. Bravi comunque perché molti apprezzano.
