It's a very nice and well equiped flat, less than 10' (walking) from lake Sils and right by the starting point of various hikes and walks. Everything was very clean ans comfortable. The staff in charge was extremely responsive and friendly (even during weekends and evenings). Maloja is at the end of the valley, but it's a great starting point for excursion both in the Engadin and the Val Bregaglia.
The building is by the main road that has a lot of (commuter) traffic, it can be a bit loud (I didn't really mind, but my friend found it bothersome).

The linen ,towels,beds,were superb
The kitchen is much too small for a family of six although has everything needed. Small table and tiny refrigerator.the chairs are beautiful!,,

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber sowie gut eingerichtet. Der Kontakt unkompliziert und angenehm.
Möglichkeit, die Sauna für einen kleinen Aufpreis zu benützen.
