comfortable cozy apartment conveneient to town and skiing.
location is great - close to town and the supermarket, just around the corner from the ski rental and free bus to the cable car at Corvatsch or the public bus to Corviglia. Lots of langlauf trails nearby too. highly recommend taking a horse drawn coach up to one of the restaurants in Val Fex for dinner. a highlight of our trip.
it would have been great to have a small map to show where the building is - upon arrival we were confused because Polaschin D and E are located on the other side of the circle and we spent quite a bit of time wandering around on foot before we figured out where the building was! once located though everything was great.

Excellent location for skiing/hiking but beware of significant extra costs!
- Excellent location 100m from grocery shop - Free parking in underground parking directly linked to apartment building - Nice balcony facing eastwards towards the morning sun - Lot of space for stowing clothes etc
- The real estate agency Interhome added very high fees for cleaning and other extras that altogether increased the price by ~30% (for a one week stay of four persons) - Payment procedures with Interhome were rather complicated - Key pickup and drop is to be done in St. Moritz (10 km away), not on site. Interhome's office was not staffed (despite office hours) when having to drop the keys - Kitchen equipment could have been more complete
