Great location and views, friendly owners and a good price!

We liked the location, free parking, facilities and the very friendly owners. We had almost everything we need inside, including a freshly renovated bathroom, beautiful kitchen, an induction-based stove-top and even a nice Mocha pot in the kitchen. Everything was nice and tidy when we arrived and the balcony/window views were mesmerizing!

It probably depends on people and their sleeping habits back home. However, for all 4 of us the beds felt unusually narrow and limited by length, e.g. the feet were touching the bed's wooden ending part, and unless you sleep on your back all the time, you will toss and turn and wake up constantly - would not recommend for people taller than 180cm. It was also very hot inside, even when we switched off all the radiators, plus the beddings were very thick, stiff and too warm for the already hot environment. Might also want to keep in mind, that due to lots of snowing, owners might also do some snow shoveling early in the morning, and it might wake you up if apartment windows are not fully closed.

2nd visit, same high satisfaction.

Location of chalet on quite side of Livigno, which for family with kids might be a plus. Near by bus stop. We were there 2nd time and are exactly the same satisfied.

Only two things I would change: please add soap in bathroom and dish soap with sponge in kitchen. Rest is perfectly fine.

Everything was exactly same as described. Very clean and cozy apartament, kids and us had separate bedrooms, common area also ok.

Maybe slow internet connection, but i didn't care that much, cause it was vacation time not work ;)

Exceptional

Impeccably clean. Very warm and cosy. Comfortable beds. Very nice hosts, the entire house is well taken care of, driveway is always cleaned of snow and ice.

Maybe a dishwasher sponge and some basic cleaning facilities (soap, dishwashing liquid) can be added to the apartment.

Mooie kamers en lekker ruime living. Het ligt iets buiten Teola, maar bus makkelijk te bereiken.

Pomimo barier językowych dobrze poradziliśmy sobie z odbiorem kluczy, z informacjami, które Pani właścicielka nam przekazałam odnośnie mieszkania, ogrzewania, skrytek na narty i buty, gospadarki odpadami. W mieszkaniu ciepło, czasami nawet za ciepło. Na plus znaleźliśmy 2 kawiarki do kawy i ekspres przelewowy.

Brak zmywarki, przyborów do mycia (gąbka, ściereczka, płyn do mycia naczyń), worków na śmieci, filtrów do kawy.
