This penthouse is virtually enthroned on the building and is characterised by its futuristic architecture. From the living room, the large terrace and two of the three bedrooms, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lion's Head, Cape Town's second most prominent local mountain after Table Mountain at 669 metres. On its slopes, the luxury villas of Fresnaye sparkle like diamonds in the sunlight and large filigree palm trees create a Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere. You can also see the blue Atlantic Ocean on the other side. As the penthouse extends over three floors, you feel like you are in a house, but with the advantage of feeling as safe as in a flat and being able to look out over the roofs of the neighbouring houses. On the main floor is the spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and large terrace. From here you can go upstairs to one of the three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 270-degree panoramic views and downstairs to the other two bedrooms and a further two bathrooms. If you open the large sliding windows in the living room, you can access the very large terrace of the penthouse, which is reminiscent of the top deck of a cruise ship, hence the name "Skydeck Penthouse". You can take a refreshing dip in the large private splash pool and then chill out undisturbed on the loungers and lounge furniture. In addition to the splash pool, there is an even larger pool with direct access from the penthouse, which is open to all residents of the building.
