house interior setup was verybeautiful and clean, bedding was tops, bathrooms were all 100% clean.
only lounge aircon was working, main bedroom air conditioning was not working, the other 2 bedrooms stand alone fans which are not so cool, we stayed for the good 4 days in a dirty house no house keepers attend for cleaning the house. they sent a watsup message to say they will come and clean and requested access to the house for cleaning which i granted, they never came.
swimming pool was dirty, on our arrival , they promised to come clean it up on the following day , but they never pitched.
the house is safe from inside, but the street outside is not safe. we wanted to take a walk down to the beach , as we came out from the entrance we noticed a group of street boys some were sitting , some were sleeping on the road smoking, they started shouting greeting us as we were approaching them, waving , we had to quickly go back and closed our door entrance

The house is beautiful and spacious on the inside. The location is perfect. close to the beach and most attractions of Capetown. close to shops and restaurants. Close to the DHL stadium as we were here for the Sanlam race as well.
The yard was dirty and not cleaned. The pool was dirty and was not working, they only tried fixing the pool pump the morning we checked out. They only have 2 pots in the house. And only put 3 tissues for the 3 bathrooms for a 5 night stay, very disappointing. They did not even offer cleaning during our 5 night Stay, the cleaning cost we paid is for cleaning on the day you check out, if you want cleaning done during the stay it is an extra fee.
