The property was clean and the location was good. I was near the sea point promenade.
Just add a washing machine maybe instead of a dishwasher (or have both). It will allow tenants to wash the shower towel on the floor since there was only one

I truly enjoy the location that was close to the beach and city. It is also had a bus stop close by, even though we didn't need to use it. It was very quiet. There were a garage with a shop walking distance from the apartment.

The facility is home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay with family. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. It is very modern in styling - kitchen is beautiful, bedrooms very comfortable and spacious, sitting room is very neat and comfortable, restroom is very neat with a spacious shower.
Location is perfect close to all necessary amenities. Walking distance to the beach
I did not see aircons in the rooms although we were not affected by that but it left one thinking how would the stay be on really hot/cold days. A minor note is to retain water more on the shower unto the drain to prevent spilling on the floor as one showers.
