Fijne ruimte met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ligging tussen het strand en het centrum is ideaal.
Jammer dat je niet buiten kan zitten.

Het is een super mooie accommodatie!! Zeker een aanraden, op circa 5 minuutjes lopen heb je een metrostation, supermarkten zitten om de hoek.

the property was great clean and cosy with a lovely friendly host and had everything we needed good location walking distance to public transport and beach supermarket few doors along and kebab shop few doors along food was lovely !!
only thing missing was a kettle !! and the sewerage smell outside the was really quite bad but couldn’t smell it inside the property so didn’t ruin our stay

Location is good, close to the Ayora park and bus 3 that brings you to the sea or to the old town. The place is modern and clean. Close to the metro as well.
It still lacks some small things in the kitchen, esp plates, coffee filters (took some time to find them in the shops). There is a certian draught and driness in the apartment. Pillows were not very confy. It was a bit dark, given its layout. I think in time these things could be solved.
