Bonito y grande apartamento cerca de la playa

la posizione è ottima e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, i gestori molto gentili. la casa è grande e luminosa.

i letti matrimoniali in realtà sono a una piazza e mezza, sono molto piccoli. i cuscini non sono separati, c'è un unico cuscino su tutto il letto che le persone che dormono lì devono condividere. 1 solo condizionatore in sala da pranzo che scarica la condensa in un secchio che va svuotato spesso... il palazzo non è molto pulito.

The property is a large, clean apartment that was perfect for my weekend in Valencia. You will see from the pictures that this is not a 'modern' apartment in any way, and that's presumably why it was quite a bit cheaper than other properties on the Booking.com website, but that was never a problem for me and my party as this was just a place to sleep at night after visiting the local area. The communication with the property owners was really good. Lots of text messages with information about the area but also where and when to collect the key. If you are not familiar with Spanish apartment blocks then it's not exactly clear where you need to go to find the correct entrance to the flats. Thankfully there was someone there to come out and find me when I was waiting outside on the road.

The clip to attach the shower head to the wall was broken. And no fault of the apartment but if you're driving then finding somewhere to park the car is a bit of a challenge.

La zona è perfetta se si vuole stare al mare e uscire la sera nei locali come il Marina, l’akuolina ecc

Avevamo a disposizione solo un asciugamano a testa e il bagno non ha la finestra In più le posate, bicchieri presenti non erano puliti

Posizione, quartiere originale non turistico. Possibilità di muoversi con metro e autobus. Piano panoramico.

Letti molto vecchi, bagno senza appiglio per doccia, si paga una tassa dopo un certo orario di check-in, palazzo un po fatiscente.
