Curat, locatie bunicica, relationare buna cu proprietarul.
Usa de la intrare, are spatii si se aude orice. E o locatie la parterul unui bloc, destinata initial activitatilor comerciale si se intra direct din piață.

Apartament ładnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja na terenie miasta Walencja Ok, w miarę blisko do autobusów.
Umieszczenie apartamentu w lokalu usługowym na poziomie 0, z wejściem bezpośrednio z ulicy, bez korytarza. Brak czajnika. Brak rolety przy drzwiach wejściowych, które były szklane (mleczne). W nocy światło latarni oświetlało apartament przez drzwi. Niewygodny materac kanapy (bardzo miękki).
