Hotel doesn't exist. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK.
Hotel doesn't exist. Arrived to a derelict building.
Contact numbers didn't work and Booking.com customer services were terrible. 3 hours on the phone to 3 different people. Their only solution was for us to pay $1150 for an alternative room and that they might give us a 'possible' refund. Not guaranteed. Ridiculous.

The worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had!
We booked and paid for this accommodation, when we arrived in the city we tried to find the accommodation but were given the wrong address and no check-in details. We tried calling the phone number repeatedly but they didn’t answer. We had to call booking.com for help, they called the accommodation and they told them we could not stay because the room we booked was having maintenance - this was at 7.30pm on a Friday night in a busy city - we had nowhere to stay and our child with us. It was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had and ruined our whole weekend and I ended up sending multiple emails and had to call booking.com repeatedly totalling around 4 hours on the phone just to the sort out relocation and refunds - the worst experience ever. Do not book this accommodation! There was also another family there at the same time as us who experienced the same thing.
