Not Applicable, host cancelled booking
Booking was cancelled two days out from stay saying that my credit card payment was invalid which was totally untrue! (host in my opinion just cancelled and messaged via chat via booking.com - no phone call). The booking was not cancelled in my booking.com app. Didn’t answer my messages and contacted booking.com contact centre and they couldn’t make contact so had to book alternative accomodation which was expensive. Bad experience

Terrible experience / property management was a no show at time of check in which was 3pm, leaving us with no accommodation. Contacted booking.com to complain/report as when we tried to call property 3 times no answer. Had already paid day before as requested by property manager. Completely dodgey. No care or remorse for leaving us in a difficult situation.
Never go to stay as the property manager wasn’t there at check in time. No reception like she said there was. When I arrived and called her 3 times - no answer. Got a text “will take your call shortly” then when I said we are here to check in, she said “sorry we can’t check you in at 3pm” what do you mean? Overall terrible service, communication, and zero empathy, care from property owner. Do not book this.

No information given on how to check in. Turned up to address to find no reception, attempted to call the number provided with no answer. I do not believe this accommodation exists. Left myself and my heavily pregnant friend with no accommodation. SCAM ALERT
