The owner was helpful. He gave us a few useful tips on where to go. It's just a short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around.

Близко к морю ( 7-8 минут спокойным шагом) Рядом аутентичные кафешки. Можно прочувствовать Вьетнам благодаря этим кафе. Иван ( администратор?) всегда на связи. Быстро получала ответы на возникающие вопросы Также Иван щедро делился ссылками на лучшие места в Дананге. Это помогло не теряя время на поиски где лучше покушать, сразу выдвигаться по рекомендованным местам. Сам отель новый ( как я поняла только три месяца в эксплуатации). В номере чисто , комфортно, уютно. Есть все необходимое(посуда и т.д) для долгого проживания.

couldnt work out how to use the hotplate

- has washing machine - keyless entry and dial pad locks - friendly host - tons of amenities and basic kitchen (that I didn’t use)

- location is quite far but that’s on me for not checking more closely. I ended up having to grab everywhere but it’s a good spot if you just want to go to the less crowded section of the beach but away from the nice cafes and restaurants (which aren’t walkable from here) -Price is not great given the location and the amenities. For example polyester bed sheets can flare up eczema and allergies, so I was super itchy and couldn’t fall asleep. Hotels always use cotton since it is more hypoallergenic. - Cleanliness could be better; particularly in the shower area (seeing a ton of pink mold. May need to regrout. You should be able to remove with zep and/or baking soda)
