Big spaces, clean, good TV and Kitchenette and laundry machine. Host delivered and fitted a bed topper upon request the next day. Very happy with the improved comfort.
Bed was a bit firm for comfort sleep, fortunately host was quick to remedy this.

Didn't see anyone at reception desk apart from when checking in. Thought reception was 24,/7
