Abbiamo soggiornato al Seascape Holiday Home e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’appartamento è ben strutturato, curato e confortevole, e si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La posizione è ideale: il quartiere è tranquillo e lontano dalla confusione, ma allo stesso tempo ci sono ottimi locali a pochissimi passi. A 1-2 minuti a piedi si trovano il Lapin, perfetto per una buona colazione, e il Moc Seafood Restaurant, un’ottima scelta per la cena. Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla ragazza che gestisce la struttura: è stata davvero gentile, disponibile e molto pronta a risolvere un piccolo disguido che si è verificato il giorno del nostro arrivo. La sua attenzione e disponibilità hanno fatto la differenza. Un’ottima soluzione per vivere Da Nang in una zona comoda, tranquilla e vicina al mare. La consiglio!

Logement neuf, propre, bon wifi, grand frigo, bon emplacement proche de la plage et central. OK pour un court séjour.
Très mauvaise insonorisation les murs sont en papier. Matelas neuf et epais mais tres dur. Pas de rideaux à la lucarne de la chambre et de la fenêtre de la petite terrasse intérieure (même si l'hôte a prévu d'en mettre) donc un peu moyen pour l'intimité (même si il y a une séparation entre le couloir et la terrasse mais pas suffisante).

Seascape is excellent value and the facilities are brand new. The host is friendly and responsive. It is situated in a lane way but very close walking distance to main road, shop and eateries. I found that Grab was easy to use for this location. I was staying alone and felt really safe. The property is still under construction but has a fully functioning wing so it is fine for a stay. Loved this place and you won’t find better value for money and quality of the accommodation . Highly recommend.
