I like the location of the building-- it's at the end of an alleyway, but around the corner from a convenience store, hair salon, restaurants, etc. There's no receptionist and I didn't see many guests, so it is nice to have some privacy going in and out of the building. The studio room was very dark and pretty quiet, so I slept well.
Lots of convenient amenities, like a washer in the room, kettle, comfortable work chair, and large fridge. Cute decor.
Nhi was a great host, she was very friendly!
You have to look super closely at the photos (towards the end of the list), I thought the studio rooms have a balcony, but they just have curtains on the wall for decoration. There is a skylight window in the middle of the room, but it doesn't have fresh air/ natural light-- it just opens up to a stairwell or something. The room felt pretty cramped and stuffy at times.
