Nhà nghỉ ở vị trí trung tâm Đà nẵng, an toàn, tiện đi lại , giá phòng tương đối hợp lý, phù hợp với nhóm bạn, hoặc nhóm gia đình tự đi du lich. Có nhiều quán ăn bình dân xung quanh chỗ nghỉ, với đồ ăn địa phương ngon và rẻ. Phòng rộng rãi, nhiều tiện nghi sinh hoạt, anh chủ rất nhiệt tình dễ thương. Trước cửa nhà là 1 công viên nhỏ, rất tiện để xe ô tô cá nhân, an toàn
Cơ sở vật chất không tốt : hệ thống thoát mùi trong toilet rất kém, quạt hút trong toilet không chạy. Mùi từ hố ga thoát nước của phòng tắm xông lên rất hôi. Tất cả các loại cửa đều lỏng lẻo; dọn phòng không sạch, lúc chúng tôi nhận phòng là 5h chiều mà vẫn còn 1 phòng chưa được dọn, khăn tắm ướt vứt trên nền nhà. Tóm lại phòng cần nâng cấp và dọn dẹp vệ sinh sạch sẽ hơn.
