Very clean and spaceous

The room was clean, quiet, and in very good condition. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including basic cooking utensils, a stovetop, and a fridge-freezer. There were even thoughtful extras such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. The bed was very comfortable, and daily cleaning was available upon request. Ivan is extremely friendly and genuinely does everything he can to make his guests feel comfortable and help with anything they may need. He also gave us great recommendations for cafés, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area. The lobby had useful essentials available for guests, such as laundry detergent, drinking water, helmets, and other items. Having a washing machine in the room was a big plus. The apartment isn't very large in terms of square meters, but it is well designed and feels surprisingly spacious. The beach is also just a short walk away. Overall, a very comfortable and well-equipped place with a welcoming and helpful host.

The balcony was very small, and it would have been nice to be able to sit there comfortably in the evenings. However, this didn't really affect our stay. On a few evenings, there was quite loud karaoke and music from the surrounding area, although it always stopped before 10 PM. The neighborhood was also a little too quiet for our personal taste, with not much going on nearby. However, it was easy to walk to the beach, where there were more restaurants and a bit more life, and getting to other nearby areas by taxi was quick and easy.
